Brief Discussion
In an earlier Brief Note was discussed the First Action Prediction tab on Private PAIR (Patent Application Information Retrieval) as shown below.
Well, PAIR is no more and while the USPTO decided to rename that functionality First Office Action Estimator, it’s currently (as of the date of this Brief Note) NOT implemented.

In fiscal year 2021, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) moved to a new methodology … As a result of these changes, the estimates provided by the First Office Action Estimator for individual applications are not representative of expected examination timeframes. While improvements are made to our ability to provide these estimates, this tool will remain disabled. Additional information will be provided here as it becomes available.
Conclusion
The First Office Action Estimator no longer exists. You’re in the dark which is probably where the USPTO wants you. (<– sarcasm)
